TIVO Series 1 upgrade instructions

One of the problems with upgrading a TIVO is that there are a lot of options to chose from.

Most of the instructions try to do everything with one set of instructions, so you end up with 90% of it applying to a TIVO that you don't have.

The number of drives series TIVO that you have all have different instructions.

There is a site that you can enter all your information and it will come up with a specific set of instructions for your TIVO and your drives.  This really helps when your just trying to get the job done and your not going for a masters degree in TIVO upgrades.

I just upgraded a TIVO Series 2 using these directions and I am getting ready to do a Series 1.

After using some of the other TIVO upgrade instructions this one is very nice, no jumping around skipping over all the part you don't need and reading a lot of stuff only to find out that it does not apply to your TIVO.
