To transfer music to your phone or download pictures from your phone, you must have the usb cable that came with the phone.

Plug that cable into your computer and once it detects the hardware, you will probably have an error.

cancel that wizard and then pick up your phone and go to the menu, then go down to tools, then USB Flash Drive.

Once you click that your computer will detect the phone and if you have windows media player you can drag and drop songs to synconize to your phone.

Or you can open windows explorer and then transfer files between your computer and the phone.

I tried contacting both Sprint and LG several times and neither one of them had any idea how to do this.

The phone comes with memory installed in the phone, it will let you take 20 pictures.

I just figured out that you can copy the pictures from the phones memory to the add on memory chip. Then you can download the pictures to your computer via the USB cable.

It’s really odd that the phone does not come with any software, but this is a work around solution that will let you transfer files which is the most important thing.
